・当日のキャンセルまたは不泊の場合は宿泊料の100％をキャンセル料としてお支払いいただきます。キャンセルの場合は上記までご連絡ください。
・チェックインは16:00～21:00となっております。遅くなりますと他のお客様のご迷惑となりますのでチェックイン時間をお守りください。
・お支払いはチェックイン時にお願いいたします。クレジットカードもご利用いただけます。

・ Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00. Please be sure to observe the check-in time as it will be a nuisance to other guests if it is late.
・ Please pay at check-in. Credit cards are also accepted.
